Simple Whole Wheat Bread Recipe
When you want to so something nice and delicious for your family then you do this bread. This is a wheat bread that can work as company for many sandwiches, pastas or meats and you can keep it at home and make it every time you want to cook a nice homemade dinner. Follow these steps and you will see it’s not difficult to make the wheat bread.

You will need:
Water (3 cups, warm at 110ºF or 45ºC)
Active dry yeast (2 packages or .25 ounces)
Flour (5 cups, bread)
Honey (1/3 cup)
Salt (1 tablespoon)
Whole-wheat flour (3 ½ cups)
Butter (2 tablespoons, melted)
How to do it:
Take a large bowl and in here mix the warm eater, yeast, and the 1/3 honey, then you will need to add 5 cups of white bread flour and stir and combine, then you can let it set for 30 minutes or until the mix turns big and bubbly. The next step is to mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter, the 1/3 honey and salt, and add the 2 cups of whole-wheat flour, then flour a flat surface and knead with the whole sheet flour until it turns non sticky but still sticky to the touch, this may take some additional 2 or 4 cups of whole-wheat flour, then you can place the mix in a greased bowl and turning once to coat the surface of the dough, finally cover with a dishtowel, then let rise in a warm place or until it is doubled. Then you can divide the mix into 3 loaves and place them in a greases pan to allow them to rise until the dough has topped the pans by one inch. Then after this you can bake the mix to 350ºF or 175ºC for at least 25 to 30 minutes, be sure to not over bake and then before you finish top the loaves with 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine to prevent crush from get hard, finally cool completely and then you can serve it as side dish to your family.
