Desserts are always tasty, they are really good when you eat them with coffee, or maybe accompanied with milk., you will enjoy them when you are happy or sad, it doesn’t matter, you just will taste the amazing flavor in your mouth and that will feel incredible. You will need:
All-purpose flour (1 1/2 cups)
Baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Salt (3/4 teaspoon)
Shortening (3 Tablespoon)
Milk (3/4 cup)

How to do it:
For this recipe you need to whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl, mix them all until the end up very smooth, then you will need to cut in the shortening with a knife or pastry blender until the mixture resembles fine crumbs, after you have done this, then you need to stir the milk into the flour mixture until everything is very well moistened. Dough will be pretty lumpy, but be sure to not over mix it, otherwise you will end up with dough that ends up too hard. After this drop dough by large spoonfuls onto any boiling stew, they have to be full spoonfuls and they have to be big, after this the dumplings should rest on top of vegetables and meat; it’s okay if they stick out of the top a bit. Cook them uncovered for 10 minutes and after this time take them and cover and cook another 10 minutes. Then you can stop cooking and serve them in a big platter all together.
