Sometimes eat healthy food it’s not as easy as it seems, then you may not want to cook something that sounds weir and may taste ever weirder, but do not worry, this recipe will show you that it does not matter if you are looking for healthy food or not, you can have something nice, healthy and also delicious and the best thing is that you can cook it in your own kitchen.

You will need:
Eggs (just 2)
Canola oil (2 tablespoons)
Salt (to taste)
Chicken livers, rinsed and trimmed (1 pound)
Onions (chopped, 2 large)
White sugar (1 pinch)

How to do it:
First you will need to place the eggs into a saucepan this will have to be done in a single layer and fill with water to cover the eggs by at least 1 inch. Then you will need to cover the saucepan and bring the water to a boil over high heat and once the water is boiling, you can remove from the heat and let the eggs stand in the hot water for 15 minutes. After this you will need to pour out the hot water, then cool the eggs under cold running water in the sink. Peel and chop once cold. Then Meanwhile, heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat. For this step you will need to stir in the onion; then cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, this will be in about 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium-low, and continue cooking and stirring until the onion is very tender and golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes more. After this place the onion on a plate and set aside. Add the chicken livers into the same skillet and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Now you can place chicken livers on the same plate as the onions and allow them to cool completely. Finally place chicken livers and onion in a food processor. Process until desired texture is achieved. Place liver mixture into a bowl and season with salt and sugar. Stir in the chopped eggs. Chill before serving and place them in individual platters.
