Simple BBQ Ribs Recipe
Meat is always delicious and this recipe gives you a tip to get country style ribs from the loin, one of the leanest areas of the pork. There ribs are seasoned and boiled until tender and they are baked with your favorite barbecue sauce, you do not need more ingredients that’s it and you can serve them.

You will need:
Country style pork ribs (2 ½ pounds)
Garlic powder (1 tablespoon)
Salt (2 tablespoon)
Barbecue sauce (1 cup)
How to do it:
For this recipe you will need the best ribs you can get. Then you will have to place them in a pot with enough water to cover them, and in here you will add some garlic powder, black pepper and salt, then you will bring water to a boil and cook the ribs until they are tender, then you will need to preheat the oven to a 325ªF degrees or 165ªC, now finally you can remove the ribs from the pot and then place them in a backing dish, in here you will add the barbeque sauce over the ribs and then cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake them in the preheated oven for at least 1 hour or 1 and a half hour, you will have to check for the internal temperature of the pork to reach 160ªF or 70ªC. Then you can serve them in a presentation you want. Maybe you can add more barbeque sauce, heated of course and make them juicier than ever before, enjoy a lot and add a salad to the side to have a complete meal.
