Apples (6 of them and peeled, cored and sliced)<br />
White sugar (1/2 cup)<br />
All-purpose flour (3 tablespoons)<br />
Ground cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)<br />
Ground nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon)<br />
Ground cloves (1/4 teaspoon)<br />
Raisins (1/2 cup)<br />
Walnuts (1/2 cup chopped)<br />
Whole milk (1/2 cup)</p>
<p>How to do it:<br />
For this recipe you will need to preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or to 175 degrees Celsius, then you will need to grease a 2 quart casserole dish, or coat with non-stick cooking spray, after this you will need to place apples in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, and then add spice mixture into apples until evenly distributed. And after this you can fold in raisins and walnuts. Spoon into prepared dish. For the final steps pour milk evenly over apple mixture. After this you will need to bake in preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until soft and bubbly. Now you will need to allow cooling slightly before serving and finally you can make them perfect for the whole family. Extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon)<br />
Frozen chopped spinach (2 packages or 10 ounce)<br />
Onion (1/2 large and chopped)<br />
Dried oregano (1/2 teaspoon)<br />
Dried basil (1/2 teaspoon)<br />
2 cloves garlic, crushed<br />
Spaghetti sauce (1 jar or 32 ounce)<br />
Water (1 1/2 cups)<br />
Non-fat cottage cheese (2 cups)<br />
Mozzarella cheese (1 package or 8 ounce part skim and shredded)<br />
Grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)<br />
Chopped fresh parsley (1/2 cup)<br />
Salt (1 teaspoon)<br />
Black pepper (1/8 teaspoon)<br />
Egg (just 1)<br />
Lasagna noodles (8 ounces)</p>
<p>How to do it:<br />
You will need to preheat oven to 350 degrees F or to 175 degrees C, then you will need to bring a large pot over medium heat and in here sauté spinach, onion, oregano, basil and garlic in the olive oil. Pour in spaghetti sauce and water; simmer 20 minutes. In a large bowl mix cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and egg. After this place a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a lasagna pan. Place 4 uncooked noodles on top of sauce and top with layer of sauce. Add 4 more noodles and layer with 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese mixture, noodles and repeat until all is layered, finishing with sauce. And once you have done all the things from before cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 55 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes and then serve.</p>

Barbeque sauce (2 bottles or 18 ounces)<br />
Onion (quartered, 1 large)<br />

Ground cinnamon (1/8 teaspoon)<br />
Whole chicken (1 can or 4 pound)<br />
Garlic (5 cloves and crushed)</p>
<p>How to do it:<br />
For this recipe you will need first to mix some ingredients in a bowl; in here you will mix the salt, sugar, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Then you can rub the chicken with the mixture and then you can cover chicken, and place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Then you can preheat oven to 500 degrees F or 260 degrees C, then you need to stuff the chicken cavity with the garlic. And after this you can place the chicken, breast side down, on a rack in a roasting pan. Then, once you have done this roast 15 minutes in the preheated oven and then reduce heat to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), and after this continue roasting 15 minutes. Once you have done this baste chicken with pan drippings, then reduce heat to 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degrees Celsius, and continue roasting 30 minutes, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees. Unsalted butter (1/2 cup)<br />
Olive oil (2 tablespoons)<br />
Sliced onions (4 cups)<br />
Cans beef broth (4 cans or 10.5 ounce)<br />
Dry sherry (optional) (2 tablespoons)<br />
Dried thyme (1 teaspoon)<br />
Salt (to taste)<br />
Pepper (to taste)<br />
French bread (4 slices)<br />
Provolone cheese (4 slices)<br />
Swiss cheese (2 slices, diced)<br />
Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup grated)</p>
<p>How to do it:<br />
For this recipe you need to melt butter with olive oil in an eight-quart stock-pot on medium heat, in here you will add onions and continually stir until tender and translucent. Remember to do not brown the onions; they will taste bad if you do. Then you will need to add beef broth, sherry and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes, at least this time. Then you will need to heat the oven broiler, and in here you will continue the cooking, now ladle soup into oven safe serving bowls and place one slice of bread on top of each; just a tip: the bread may be broken into pieces if you prefer; this is just ad advice, then you can layer each slice of bread with a slice of provolone, 1/2 slice diced Swiss and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. <p>You will need:<br />
Eggs (just 2)<br />
Canola oil (2 tablespoons)<br />
Salt (to taste)<br />
Chicken livers, rinsed and trimmed (1 pound)<br />
Onions (chopped, 2 large)<br />
White sugar (1 pinch)</p>
<p>How to do it:<br />
First you will need to place the eggs into a saucepan this will have to be done in a single layer and fill with water to cover the eggs by at least 1 inch. Then you will need to cover the saucepan and bring the water to a boil over high heat and once the water is boiling, you can remove from the heat and let the eggs stand in the hot water for 15 minutes. After this you will need to pour out the hot water, then cool the eggs under cold running water in the sink. Peel and chop once cold. Then Meanwhile, heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat. For this step you will need to stir in the onion; then cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, this will be in about 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium-low, and continue cooking and stirring until the onion is very tender and golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes more. After this place the onion on a plate and set aside. Add the chicken livers into the same skillet and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Now you can place chicken livers on the same plate as the onions and allow them to cool completely. Finally place chicken livers and onion in a food processor. Process until desired texture is achieved. Place liver mixture into a bowl and season with salt and sugar. Stir in the chopped eggs. Chill before serving and place them in individual platters.</p>

Sweetened condensed milk (2 cans or 5 ounce)<br />
Puff pastry (3 sheets)<br />
Pineapple rings (12, big ones)<br />
Citrus sorbet of your choice (at taste)</p>
<p>How to do it:<br />
In order to make homemade “dulce de leche” this means candy milk, you will need to remove and discard labels from cans of condensed milk. Place the unopened cans into a large saucepan and pour in enough water to cover by 1 or 2-inches. Bring water to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 3 hours. Drain, and allow cans to cool to room temperature before opening. In the mean time, cook the puff pastry sheets according to package directions and allow to cool to room temperature. Then you will need to pour the candy milk from one can evenly over a sheet of puff pastry after this place a second sheet of puff pastry over the first, then pour on the remaining can of candy milk. Top with the remaining puff pastry sheet, then cut into 12 triangles. Once you have heated a grill pan over medium-high heat and oil with cooking spray, or preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Then grill the pineapple rings until warm and nicely marked. And after this serve each triangle on a dessert plate garnished with a grilled pineapple slice and a scoop of citrus sorbet.</p>

Thousand island salad dressing (3 tablespoons)<br />
Green onion (chopped)<br />
Whole wheat bread, toasted (4 slices)<br />
Spinach leaves (20 whole fresh)</p>

<p>You will need:<br />
Soy sauce (2 teaspoons)<br />
White sugar (1 cup)<br />
Ground black pepper (1 teaspoon)<br />
Garlic (5 cloves, chopped)<br />
Onions (3 green, chopped)<br />
Asian sesame oil (2 tablespoons, toasted)<br />
Sesame seeds (1 teaspoon)<br />
Korean-style short ribs (2 pounds) (beef chuck flake, cut 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick across bones)</p>
<p>How to do it:<br />
For this recipe the first thing you need to do is to whisk together the soy sauce and sugar all together in a bowl, you will have to mix until the sugar has dissolved, and then you can begin to add the other ingredients, stir in the black pepper, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. After this place the ribs in a large bowl, and pour the marinade over the ribs. Remember to cover them perfect and then add stir to coat the ribs with the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then you can stir the ribs and marinade again, and refrigerate for 1 more hour, do not forget the second stirring and marinade adding. It’s very important. Then before anything else preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate. And now you can remove the ribs from the marinade, discard the marinade, and grill the ribs until brown and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Have a spray bottle of water handy in case the ribs flare up. Then you have everything set up to make this an amazing meal for anyone.</p>
